About US

PKF is a limited liability partnership of Certified Public Accountants organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. As such, we are authorized to practice in Puerto Rico under License No. 22.  We are a member firm of the PKF International Ltd. Formed in 1969 PKF International Ltd., ensures that clients with international locations receive the same high level of quality services under the PKF banner.  Member firms are located in major cities around the globe.

PKF commenced operations in Puerto Rico in 1959 under the legal name of Harris Kerr Forster & Company; later in 1980 the firm changed its name to Pannell Kerr Forster, LLP and to PKF, LLP in late 2004. The name changes were undertaken in recognition of the growing scope and caliber of international operations.  Since its establishment in Puerto Rico, PKF has provided professional services to several industries and clients under the basis of personalized services.
